Are you a Sri Lankan government-certified company?

What type of tours are you selling?
We sell round tours, Excursion tours, and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions/entertainment) tours. Those can be for families, friends, honeymoons, company staff, associations, organizations, communities, religious (Ramayana, Buddhist pilgrimage), or any group combined by your local travel agent.
Are prices from pre-made tour packages on the Internet reasonable?
Not at all. You can check them as samples only to get an idea. We recommend you send an inquiry and get a valid quotation. Hotel prices vary throughout the year; they often change based on seasons and demand.
When do we need to book the tour?
We recommend you do it as soon as possible. Hotel prices change throughout the year and often hike during seasons and high demand. Once you book early, you will enjoy the advantage. The same scenario applies to your flight booking.
What payment method do you accept?
Credit cards and Bank transfers.
Is it possible to adjust our tour booking?
Adjusting tour booking is critical to hotel prices and room availability. If it is convenient, we can make the adjustments.
Is it possible to cancel our tour booking?
Yes. We must follow the terms and conditions associated with hotels when canceling bookings.
- Cancellations received between the date of booking and 61 days before departure will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Cancellations received between the booking date and 60 – 46 days before departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 25% of the tour price.
- Cancellations received between the booking date and 45 – 29 days before departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge of the tour price.
- Cancellations received between the booking date and 28 – 15 days before departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 75% of the tour price.
- Cancellations received between the booking date and 14 days or less before departure will result in the forfeiture of the entire tour price.
